Marketing SMS Policy

1. Program overview

Maniana AI operates a single, dedicated Marketing SMS Program in the United States (the “Program”). The Program sends promotional SMS messages from Maniana AI to individuals who have explicitly opted in through the web form at https://app.maniana.ai/sms-consent. Maniana AI is the sole sender. There is no other SMS program operated by Maniana AI, and this consent covers marketing SMS only.

2. Message content (marketing only)

Messages sent under the Program are promotional in nature and are limited to:

• Maniana AI product news and feature announcements
• Subscription offers and seasonal promotions
• Marketing calls-to-action inviting the recipient to visit https://maniana.ai to learn about or sign up for Maniana AI

No transactional, informational, account, delivery, appointment, one-time-password, or two-factor-authentication messages are sent under this consent. Consent obtained through this Program applies only to this Program and to Maniana AI as the sender.

3. How you opt in

You opt in exclusively by visiting https://app.maniana.ai/sms-consent, entering your mobile phone number, and checking a single, unchecked, dedicated marketing SMS consent checkbox. The checkbox text is:

Yes, I want to receive automated marketing text messages from Maniana AI about Maniana AI products, features, offers, and promotions. This consent is for marketing SMS only — no transactional, informational, or account messages are sent under this consent. Up to 1 message per month. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help.

The checkbox is unchecked by default. Submitting the form without checking the box does not enroll you in the Program. Maniana AI records your phone number, timestamp, IP address, user agent, and the exact consent text you saw at the time you opted in.

4. Message frequency

Up to 1 message per month.

5. Costs

Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile phone service plan. Maniana AI does not charge you to receive SMS from the Program.

6. Help & opt-out

Opt out: Reply STOP to any Maniana AI marketing SMS at any time. You will receive a final confirmation message and will not receive further marketing SMS from Maniana AI.

Additional supported opt-out keywords: STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT.

7. Handling of your mobile information

Mobile information (including your phone number and any information collected in connection with this Program) will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Maniana AI may use trusted service providers (for example, Twilio for SMS delivery and hosting providers for storing consent records) strictly to operate the Program, under contractual confidentiality obligations, and only for the purposes of the Program. Those service providers are not authorized to use your mobile information for their own marketing.

8. No condition of purchase

Consent to receive marketing SMS is not a condition of purchasing any Maniana AI product or service.

9. Sender identity

The sender is Maniana AI, an operator of an AI-based no-code application builder available at https://maniana.ai. All marketing SMS under this Program identify Maniana AI in the message body and are sent from a US 10DLC number registered to Maniana AI.

10. Related policies

This SMS Policy is supplemental to Maniana AI’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. In the event of a conflict specifically about the Marketing SMS Program, this SMS Policy controls.
