These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Maniana web application (“Service”), operated from https://app.maniana.ai. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Accounts
You are responsible for the accuracy of registration information and for keeping your credentials secure. You must be legally able to form a contract in your jurisdiction.
2. Acceptable use
- Do not use the Service to violate law or third-party rights.
- Do not send spam, phishing, or malware from connected mailboxes.
- Do not attempt to reverse engineer, probe, or disrupt the Service.
3. Your content & connected accounts
You retain ownership of content you create in the Service. By connecting third-party accounts (e.g. Gmail), you grant us the narrowly scoped permissions needed to deliver the features you request, as described in our Privacy Policy. You can disconnect any third-party account at any time; disconnecting revokes our access.
4. AI features
The Service uses automated models to classify messages and generate drafts. Output is best-effort and must be reviewed before any consequential action. You are responsible for anything sent from your mailbox.
5. Billing
Paid plans, if any, are billed according to the tier you selected. Taxes and processor fees may apply. Refunds are granted at our discretion where required by law.
6. Service availability
The Service is provided on an “as-is” basis. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation.
7. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Maniana and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is capped at the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim (or USD 50 if the Service was free).
8. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or create security risk.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms. The “Last updated” date shows the current version.
